Best belt I’ve ever worn. The knee sleeves are super comfortable while giving amazing support. You can really tell the difference of having the knee sleeves vs not. The wrist wraps offer amazing support on bench press. The straps have been amazing for all back exercises.

So far everything seems to be working great. The quality of the gear is super nice. I didn’t realize that the strength kit comes with a bag to keep everything in it. Which is super convenient taking it to the gym. I highly recommend the strength kit. I’ll be getting elbow sleeves this week.
