Warranty Information

Our products are specifically created to perform and outlast your most grueling training sessions. When you purchase gear from us, it’s backed by the Gymreapers guarantee. We stand behind our weightlifting equipment and accessories and we’re confident you’ll find our premium grade products extremely helpful.

On the off chance that you experience a manufacturing defect on any item (such as broken stitching or other damage upon arrival), you can return it for a complete replacement within the specified purchase time (outlined in the 'covered' section) below. You can also register your product below for easier tracking and faster service in case an issue should come up.

Please be aware that warranty could be voided for any item in our store which has been damaged (negligence, normal or improper use), altered, poorly maintained, stored, or handled by the user. All specific issues regarding a Gymreapers product that doesn’t meet customer satisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty does not cover any product that is damaged or delivered defective, due to:

• A result of an accident, misuse, or abuse
• Modification of the product
• By normal wear and tear*
• Assembly using incorrect tools

Due to shipping costs and returns, all kettlebell sales are final and are not covered against any damages or defects. We inspect our inventory for quality and consistency by hand so there is minimal chance of noticeable issues to our kettlebells.

*Normal wear and tear (small abrasions or minor color fade) are the inevitable signs of age that products show with years of use are also not covered under warranty. Returns are not accepted for similar situations or reasons.

Apparel (shirts, tanks, shorts) is not covered under warranty. For sizing issues or exchanges, visit our returns center.

The quality of materials and attention to detail in our manufacturing process comes first and we stand by the performance of our products. To report a manufacturing defect and receive an immediate replacement from us, please send an email including your order number and product photos of the defect to support@gymreapers.com. We will do everything we can to respond and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.
