I would return but I'm past the date. I purchased this based on the reviews but it is too short and loose. I've never seen different lengths of barbell squat pads so I didn't think this would be short. Unfortunately, it doesn't cover on my hips enough. I have to maneuver a lot to fix it in place for hip thrusts. In addition, the opening is too wide and easily slips off the barbell so you do need the little black straps which I find to be cumbersome. I've had gym's provide pads that easily hooked on and were longer so I'll have to keep searching for something better.

This product has allowed me to start bar squats again. I have had some shoulder issues and it really limited my mobility this allows me to still rest the bar comfortably and allows me to squats
