Shirts are nice and light! However, I would recommend a size up. I’m normally an XL and after a wash they’re almost skin tight. They do stretch a bit.

I’m a crossfitter and have used some of the brands known in that world however one of the companies I’ve used went out of business as so have been trying several other brands. This is the best fit I have found.

Loving the belt! Its definitely a game changer as far as lifting comfort while doing heavy weight! Wrist straps are amazing! Also shirts are super comfortable!
