I’m 6’5 and have two herniated disks in my lower back. Always went light (225lbs or less) on squats and didn’t do many deadlift exercises. This belt is a game changer. The support is fantastic and I squatted 265 for reps today with no discomfort in my back and was able to get 315 on the deadlifts with no issue. Would highly recommend!!
