6’0 220lbs L fits good with 2 holes to spare. Quality is top notch, stitching and leather are really good, and the raw leather isn’t exposed on the edges for sweat to get into it, it’s coated in a resin or something. Great support, comfort is what you’d expect for a 13mm belt, it’s stiff, it digs in a bit, might leave ya a bit bruised or pinched, but you don’t get a 13mm belt to be comfortable. You get it to go to work with the most support possible and that it does great. Five stars.

The belt seems high quality, however the screws stripped during the first set up, It’s very difficult to tighten the screws to the belt due to the screws being phillips head.

The best way to tighten the screws on your Gymreapers belt is by using a handheld screw driver. This allows for easy adjustment on the fly and helps prevent stripping compared to using a drill.
