    Customer Service

    Unfortunately lever broke but love Gymreaper products, have had my belt over 5 years now and broke the lever through normal use. Talked to Dayson via customer support and he was able to hook it up with the lifetime warranty. Great brand and good people!

    You can have any color as long as it is back

    This is a nice lever, the sound is nice, very sturdy

    Excellent customer service!!

    One of the prongs on my lever belt snapped off after two years. I emailed the company a picture of it and they instantly replaced for me for free!! Then when I ordered a new belt for my wife I accidentally sent it to my old address. I once again emailed them about it and very quickly they replied and sent one to the correct address. Fast and very helpful. Much appreciated.
