One of the prongs on my lever belt snapped off after two years. I emailed the company a picture of it and they instantly replaced for me for free!! Then when I ordered a new belt for my wife I accidentally sent it to my old address. I once again emailed them about it and very quickly they replied and sent one to the correct address.
