First off, let me make it clear that this review is ONLY about the 10mm lever belt and not about the companies customer service. The representatives are great people and very helpful. But, unfortunately the product was not. At least not the ones I received. It started when a couple people in my gym recommended this company to me after I started getting into heavier weights for squats and deadlifts. I took the chance and ordered one of their 10mm lever belts. When it arrived the lever for really loose on the belt and wasn't secured tightly. After multiple attempts to contact customer service they finally sent me a replacement lever stating that mine probably wasn't drilled deep enough for the screws to tighten down securely. The replacement lever came and the issue remained. I contacted them again and this time they sent me a new belt and told me to use the lever they had just sent me. Well surprise surprise, the issue remains. I gave up and took the lever to a local machine shop that charged me $40 to bore the screw holes down and shave a little off of the screws themselves. I finally have a working belt after a month of back and forth but with what I spent total and the time lost I shouldn't just home with a more reputable brand like SBD. QC is in serious need of a revamp. Seems like a nice belt but not worth the hassle.
