Upgraded to this belt from an old belt. Glad I did. It provides excellent support and releasing the lever is quick and comfortable after my sets. I was having some minor back issues prior to receiving it. It may be a coincidence, but my back has felt great ever since I started wearing it.

So i would say this belt is awesome I’ve already used it 2 times and have had a mostly enjoyable time with it. It’s a very different feeling wearing a lifting belt. I very much so felt the difference in my lifts for back squat and front squat. My only issue which I think is my placement is for Deadlifting, haven’t found a comfortable positioning for my belt. Other than that it’s awesome. Would recommend for all sizes and shapes of people.
