I also bought the knee sleeves to match! Be Cautious on sizing down as it suggests. I followed that advice and sadly they don't fit 😔. Helped my ego out but I had to give the XL's I got away to a gym bro!

My elbows are beat up and certain presses and extensions can put a lot of unwanted strain on them. These are great at relieving that pressure. This is my 2nd set. After roughly 8 years my first set started tearing at the seams.
