Intended Use

Reference our size guide to find your size of weightlifting knee sleeves. For a tight, contoured fit, select a knee sleeve one size smaller than the chart suggests.

Neoprene Knee Sleeves provide support while doing squats, deadlifts, lunges, and more. Prevent knee injury and pain from tendonitis, surgery, and ACL tears with added support from our strong knee sleeves.

Material Care

The proper way to wash your knee sleeves is to hand wash them in a cleaning mixture of warm water, detergent, and maybe even vinegar. Let them soak in this mixture for a couple of hours, scrub them thoroughly, wring them out, and then let them air dry for 24+ hours.

We strongly advise against machine-washing knee sleeves. If you must, wash them separately in a laundry bag in cold water. Never put them in the dryer as it can shrink and damage the sleeves.
