Ordered a pair of the 18" wraps and 1 of the thumb loops is significantly shorter than the other. Makes it very hard to remove from your thumb after tightening wrap.

These wraps were sent to me as a result of me being dissatisfied with a recent order I made. They did this of their own accord, I didn’t even have to ask. I wish I had chosen the shorter length ones, as I find the longer ones a bit cumbersome, but that is simply a preference thing and not a reflection on the quality of the item or the customer service.
