Justin Medeiros is an American professional CrossFit athlete renowned for his unmatched blend of strength, endurance, and athletic versatility. Born on March 3, 1999, in Lodi, California, Justin began wrestling in elementary school and later added football before discovering CrossFit at just 12 years old, initially as a way to stay fit between sports seasons.

Medeiros quickly rose through the ranks of CrossFit, showcasing exceptional consistency and competitiveness. In his first Games appearance in 2020 he earned Rookie of the Year with a 3rd-place finish. He then made history by winning the 2021 and 2022 CrossFit Games, becoming the youngest male champion ever and earning the title of "Fittest Man on Earth."
