Once I received the ab matti noticed it had a large slice across it. Not sure how or where the damage occured either during packaging or shipping but I notified gymreapers of the issue and they sent out another one right away. Works as expected, a little stiff but once broken in, it does what it's supposed too. Thanks again for the good customer service. everything I've ordered from them has been great!
