I decided to get these knee wraps because getting older sucks and lifting easy weight is boring. Due to having not the best of knee joints these wraps help with stability with all sorts of lifts. The Velcro send to secure the wrap is my favorite part. When I’m wrapping up it’s nice and secure rather than having to tuck the end to keep everything in place.
