I've used these several times over the past couple of weeks for 2 moderate and 2 heavy lifting days for a hypertrophy/strength program. The stitching on one of the Velcro flaps has already frayed and come undone. These aren't the most expensive wraps on the market, so you get what you pay for. I've had the lever lifting belt for over a year with no issues so had high hopes that these wraps would last for months, not weeks. For this specific piece of gear - wouldn't recommend.

They worked great no pain when I squatted that allowed me to go heavy. I am 54 and they really helped
