I bought the tricep rope because the ropes at my gym are too short. This is perfect. And affordable! The 3 different holds allow me to do face pulls, over head tri extensions, pull downs, standing and seated cable rows. It’s made really well and while I’ve only it had it for a month, it’s holding up like new. I got the red so I could recognize it if I ever misplaced it or it was “borrowed” by another member.
