My gym has ratty, torn up rope attachments, so this rope is a must have. After seeing multiple people on social media with it, I purchased it. And let me say how much of a difference it makes. The rope allows for a better stretch of the muscle and the 3 different “levels” of handholds makes it perfect for multiple exercises. I’ve used it 3 times so far and each time I get people asking to try it out and where I got it!
