These shorts are good for a variety of training. I run in these, do deadlifts and squats and so far they’ve been really comfortable. I’m glad I got the 3 pack of shorts I’ll probably be ordering some more soon

The pockets are as long as the leg part of the shorts so your phone and other items are flopping around outside of the shorts. Threads are peaking out everywhere. Low quality materials.
