I’m happy with this product overall. It’s exactly as advertised and does the job well. The belt is lightweight, which is nice, but I do wish it were a bit heavier and thicker for that extra sturdy feel. That said, it’s rugged enough to handle my workouts and provides good back support. The quick-locking mechanism is a great feature—fast and easy to adjust.
