I’ve had a size M for 6 months. When loosened between sets it was slipping off, so my wife took it over. I just ordered a size L figuring it would solve my problem, but it was far too big. So, I added a small piece of Velcro (shiny spot on upper part of pic) so it has a place to grab and not slip off when loose. It seems to work well so I ordered my wife a new M. I need a size M.5 but overall this is by far the easiest and best built belt I’ve ever used.
