Tried this product out, as hernia assist devices in medical sales areas are inadequate, too stretchy, too small or too large. This belt is rigid and holds a small belly area hernia in quite well. I'm not lifting weights anytime soon but this is helpful for now to avoid the doctors. Easy to use, take on and take off. Thanks.
