I have been lifting for may years, but would still consider myself an average lifter. I had the same ragged belt since I started lifting in high school, but it was starting to rip. I had a lot of Gymreaper merchandise, so I decided I would try the belt. Oh my, I didn't realize how much I had been leaving on the table, all because I didn't have the core support I needed and I was concerned of injury. This belt makes it so easy to lift without the fear of injury. I would highly recommend it.
