I’ve used a quick release belt and a prong belt. This is my first lever belt and out of the 3, this is my favorite. I feel extra support as I’m deadlifting and squatting. Especially as I’m bracing.
I did have to get an exchange belt because the Xl was too big. It fit on the last hole which was fine if I was planning on gaining weight but I do not plan to. I’m 5’ 11” 224lbs and size large was perfect for me. I have options to gain or lose weight from it. I must say exchanging the belt was a breeze and I received the replacement fairly quickly.
I’m very happy with my purchase and this brand. I highly recommend this belt and I will continue to give them my business.
