I’m 75 now and have been lifting 3x week for about a year and an half. I expected knee sleeves to be supportive, which they are, but they also keep that joint warm which is very comfortable. I think that benefit makes the joint a bit more supple or flexible and have found it easier to get to a proper depth in a squat. I think that benefit is also helping my dead lift. This was money well spent.

I love these sleeves! I feel so secure and confident with them on! I'm in no ways close to the big guys in the ads I see on YouTube for them....(I'm female and a novice lifter lol) But dang it if I don't feel like them when I'm squatting and going for the big weights! Grrrr!!! They were pretty tight when I first got them at the top and bottom edges but after a few sessions they have settled in and are comfortably snug. Glad I didn't exchange for a bigger size. I ordered the size recommended in the size chart and it was right on the money!
