Great product. I am 66 years old and squat once per week. But both knees have some damage from football 40 years ago. I used to train the powerlifts and used knee wraps to support my knee joints while squatting. With the lower weight I use now that seemed like overkill so I bought the sleeves and boy what a difference they make! They easily make handling 10% more weight than normal feel secure and comfortable. Gives me confidence while squatting!
