Belt in the picture clearly shows it comes with hooks to attach the chain to. Mine came with just the chain. Not only that but the chain is so damn short you can't even fit a 45lb plate on there without it jammed up into your nuts.

This belt is exactly what I wanted. The material is strong as well as the belt.
I've used it for pull ups as well as dips. It doesn't disappoint in either exercise. So far it has withstood a 70 lbs kettle bell.
