These work really really well. I have CMC arthritis in both of my thumbs and my grip strength is all in my fingers. These guys help take that load off where I can displace that out to the wrist and forearm, which makes pulling movements much more comfortable and reduces the discomfort.

These work good. My only complaint is that the grip pad could be broken a little longer so it can wrap around thicker handles.
