I'm 63 and looked into lifting hooks as a way to make pullups and chinups easier on my slightly arthritic hands and fingers, especially when adding extra weights to supplement my own bodyweight. I chose this brand based on reviews. They are very well made with obviously quality materials. They are working out very well for me. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a larger width. Other than that I'm very happy and consider it money well spent. Thanks!
