My husband loved the strength kit bundle. Got him the camo color and it’s a nice compared to plain black. I do wish the knee sleeves would have option to change to straight black, rather than white and black but they still look good. Sizing was accurate. My husband was an inch off the end of the size chart for the medium belt and few inches into large size. Went with medium, as he’s almost done gaining weight. He uses second to last position on the medium belt. For size reference, my husband is 5’10 and weighs 193lbs. The knee sleeves are nice and thick and got replacement for the one he had. All good quality. My husband said he should have bought a belt years ago! Only downside is had to pay around $25 for shipping to Hawaii.

Everything else is exactly how I imagined—amazing and supportive for training. For those wondering about the belt size, I recommend going up a size. I ordered a Large for a better fit, but I should have gone with an X-Large
