Look, I’ve got leg hair so thick it might have its own zip code. Most bands roll up like a frightened armadillo the second they touch my thighs. Not these bad boys. These stayed locked in like they were on a mission from the fitness gods.
I’ve used them for glute bridges, hip abductors, air squats, and whatever those humiliating side-step crab walks are called. Every time, my legs are on fire, my dignity’s in question, and my neighbors are probably concerned by the noises coming from my garage.
These bands are durable, don’t budge, and have me walking like a baby giraffe after every session. 10/10 would recommend—even if you look like a shaved Wookiee below the shorts. Your glutes deserve this kind of pain.
