This top is so cute and functional. I am 5’4 and it comes down to about an inch before my belly button. The bra pads are perfect so you don’t have to layer a bra under and ruin the look of the back. In general I think the support for the girlies is medium, like good for a strength training session but not for running. I typically wear a medium top, however I have small chest (A cups) and a medium is a little looser then I’d like it to be, so if you are smaller chested consider sizing down.

I love this bra! It is comfortable and perfect for lifting. My only *tiny* complaint is that I am large chested and I was spilling out of the sides a little during some of my sets, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely recommend!

When I originally ordered this item I was hoping that the X-Small would be tight enough for running and rock climbing.
I'm 5'4" and typically wear a size Small sports bra. The X-Small is like wearing a crop top- its cute but I'd recommend sizing down if you're looking for a high impact sports bra fit.
