This shaker works well but is prone to minor leakage even when tightened. Wrap with a paper towel when shaking as a precaution.

The print on this is black and opaque, and measuring liquid with the cup itself is impossible. Not to mention the whisk is not sufficient in breaking up the protein powder, even with adding more liquid than the recommended liquid/powder ratio. I would not recommend this at all. Also, the lid leaks on one out of two that I bought, it was not cross threaded (the other one does NOT leak)

These shakers are very underperformed. They don't mix well and they are difficult to drink from. Would not recommend.
