I love light weight lifting clothes and this was a great top for that. It's super breathe able and soft. I'm 5'2 around 125 lbs and would recommend a small. I accidentally got an XS but if you don't have too broad of shoulders I think it would still work out great. It rests right around the belly button so not too high up if you're looking for coverage. Overall great product!
