Tired of back pain? Get this belt! Between the knee sleeves and this belt my workout pains have went away! This belt has tremendously helped me out. I feel like every week I’m setting a new PR. Here’s just a light weight video to show how the belt fits. For reference I’m 6’6 and weigh 205lbs(trying to gain). Size M fits me the best. I initially ordered a belt a size too small. Gymreapers was great and the exchange was fast and easy. Maybe I got lucky, but the first time I used this belt, it felt great. I am a total noob to belts, but this belt does not feel like it needs a break in period. My first squat session with the belt was comfortable and I didn’t feel any pinching or discomfort. The feedback the belt provided for bracing properly was a nice surprise and I can see why squat technique can benefit greatly from using a belt. Highly recommended.
