Lifting heavy has been an issue for me due to back issues (thanks Uncle Sam). I’ve put off using a belt for years and finally broke down and bought one. It has been amazing. This belt is well built and definitely not a cheap quality you find at most commercial gyms for public use. Love it!

Tired of back pain? Get this belt! Between the knee sleeves and this belt my workout pains have went away! This belt has tremendously helped me out. I feel like every week I’m setting a new PR. Here’s just a light weight video to show how the belt fits. For reference I’m 6’6 and weigh 205lbs(trying to gain). Size M fits me the best.
