Well made but uncomfortable. They seem to “dig in” on certain areas. Hopefully they stretch out a little bit after using them for a while.

I’m grateful I have somehow not had any elbow injuries or pain through over two decades of training, but life and age happens! My right elbow has been bothering me the last month while lifting. So I gave GYMREAPERS 5MM Elbow Sleeves a shot! Well I have to say, it works GREAT! I’m only using on my one elbow. Another tip, I had to “size-up”
if close to 12”. First order I got a Large (since 11.6” elbow). But it was too tight sent back for XL and it’s perfect for me.
