Fit pretty snug and it's flexible enough so that it doesn't distort your actual strength from the weight you lift, while still giving sufficient support and structure. All my equipment is Gymreapers and these sleeves do not disappoint in the slightest. Highly recommend, especially if you have bad joints like I do. I got the size L and I'm 5'10 209lbs, fits really well, although the first time putting them on can be a struggle before breaking them in.
