You need to be careful with this thing. Make sure you lower the weights your used to lifting when you use it for the first time. To me, it felt awkward and the first time I used it, I ended up overextending my right elbow and hurt myself. It's been about a week since the injury and still have not been able to get back into my lifting routine.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Great quality! Had one before from another company that I loved but this one is much better quality. Super light, and pretty sweet that it comes with its own bag.
