Great workout item. Forces biceps only on curls and helps eliminate the cheating and poor form. Your biceps will really pop out with this.

Does the job, pretty well made as well. Looks/feels like pretty tough layered fiberglass with clear coat over it (could be wrong) - should last quite a while. No flex and holds you in place really well (seated or standing). Opted for this one for the added cushioning on the ends instead of just rough cut edges like Rogues. That said, the quality of the strap and neck pad are really not great in my opinion. Now that I've got the length dialed in for me, I had to tie a knot in the strap so it wouldn't keep slipping at the 'buckle' that should hold the nylon strap at the desired length (means you can't adjust it (properly) for anyone else, like say a spouse). Still, getting the job done and quite worth it.
