Being able to loop your hands into this is far more comfortable for me than the standard rope attachment, where I have trouble with grip sometimes.

This awesome piece allows me to take my grip strength & forearm muscles OUT of most of my Triceps extensions & overhead press so I can put most of the Emphasis on the Tricep. Great piece to keep elbows healthy & build more details in the Triceps. Great Piece & Versatile!
